Part 1 Preparation and implementation of internal documentation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the Commune Office in Jedlisko and its subordinate units Part 1 Preparation and implementation of internal documentation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the Commune Office in Jedlisko and its subordinate units, meeting the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard, ensuring compliance with the National Interoperability Framework (KRI), the Act on the National Cybersecurity System (KSC) and the requirements resulting from the directive (EU) 2022/2555 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 14, 2022 (NIS 2 Directive) to the extent that they apply to the Ordering Party on the date of execution of the order. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is included in the OPZ - Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor carefully read the above-mentioned annexes before submitting the offer.
