Preparation of inputs for the creation of the National Transport Service Plan (NPDO) Description: The subject of the contract is the preparation, creation and processing of analyses, documents, proposals and recommendations for the creation of the National Transport Service Plan (hereinafter referred to as "NPDO") and the provision Consulting Services and Services related to the preparation, creation and processing of the Work (analysis, documents, proposals and recommendations for the creation of NPDO). The NPDO will supplement, clarify and update the existing Transport Service Plan for railway passenger transport. Part of it analysis are methodologies and all data used in the preparation of analyses, documents and proposals, including source codes, processing procedures and raw data. Analyzes, documents, proposals and recommendations should serve as inputs necessary for the development of the NPDO as defined in §22 Act No. 332/2023 Coll. on public passenger transport and on the amendment of some laws (hereinafter referred to as "law no. 332/2023 Coll.") and in the decree of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic no. 269/2024 Coll., which implements some provisions of the Act on public passenger transport as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration No. 269/2024 Coll."). NPDO conceptual document according to no. Act 332/2023 Coll. is carried out by the functionally independent organizational unit of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic National Transport Authority (hereinafter referred to as ``NADA').
