Brief description of the procurement: The object of the public procurement is to prepare an extended sketch project of the closed treatment building of Jämejala VATE-X, which will be the input for stage II of the hospital's functional development plan and further design stages. In order to fulfill the procurement contract, the building must be completed and the spatial, functional, constructional and logistical basic solution of the outdoor areas in a volume that allows to assess the suitability, volume, phased constructibility of the planned building, operation of the security regime, basic technical risks and the size of the investment.
