Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of a general plan together with the necessary studies required by specific regulations. 2. The scope of work of the order will include: 2.1. Preparation of a general plan in accordance with the necessary studies required by specific regulationsm in accordance with the Spatial Planning and Development Act of March 27, 2003, implementing regulations and special provisions. 2.2. Participation in activities necessary to bring the draft plan into compliance with the law, if the resolution is declared invalidy by the Voivode, including renewing the procedure to the extent necessary. 2.3. Presentation of texts and drawings in vector form (GIS data, .shp format) with assigned georeferencing in accordance with the data recording standards constituting Appendix No. 9 to SWZ. 2.4. Preparation of the spatial data sets in questionin art. 67a-67c point 1 of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development of March 27, 2003.
