Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the preparation of a general plan for the Pilchowice commune along with an ecophysiographic study for the needs of the general plan and environmental impact forecasts as an implementation of Resolution No. LX/511/24 of the Pilchowice Commune Council. of February 22, 2024 on the commencement of the preparation of the general plan of the Pilchowice commune (link to the resolution: https://bip.pilchowice.pl/planowanie-zdrowine/plan-ogolny-gminy-pilchowice/?download=547). The study covers the area within administrative offices of the Pilchowice commune. The area of ​​the Pilchowice commune is approximately 6, 983.4 ha.
