1. Definition of the subject: 1.1. The subject of the proceedings is the execution of the task: Preparation of complete technical documentation and obtaining opinions and permits for the reconstruction and adaptation of the school's basement rooms to accommodate the emergency shelter. The scope of the task is included also protection of external walls within the modernized rooms. The task should be performed as self-prepared technical documentation based on specialized technical regulations, forming the basis for obtaining a building permit. Conditions required and detailed, which must be put together for the final solution and use within the function the object is intended to serve. 1.1.1. The direct basis of the Design Documentation must be based on the Utility Functional Program and its conditions, which is an indispensable an annex to this SWZ. The PF-U itself was developed for this procedure and to complete the task, the necessary elements regarding the room layout should be combined and isolated. More extensive explanations are also described in section II of the SWZ. 1.1.2.
