The subject of the order is the preparation of a concept and complete, multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a warehouse for the needs of civil protection and civil defense in the town of Kaliska, together with the technical infrastructure and land development in as part of the task entitled: Construction of a warehouse for the needs of OL and third party liability insurance, as well as, under the option right, exercising author's supervision of the overinvestment made on the basis of this documentation.2. For the implementation of the order, the Ordering Party will obtain funding under the Protection Program Population and Civil Defense for 2026.3. The investment addresses Area No. II and Section 2 in accordance with the implementation guidelines included in Annex No. 1 to RESOLUTION No. 72 of the COUNCIL OF MINISTERS of May 27, 2025 on the approval of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for years 2025-2026 (Supplementation of resources and infrastructure necessary to implement OLiOC tasks, Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies) and tasks included in the municipal crisis management plan and evacuation plan.4.
