Preparation of a Feasibility Study (together with CBA) together with a Report on the environmental impact of the project, a Report on the disposal of spoil into the sea and auxiliary studies for the Investment entitled "Conducting works to enable water transport to the Outer Port in Świnoujście."

1.ForewordThe scope of the Order is to carry out the following studies:

Main studies:

1) Feasibility study together with the Cost and Benefit Analysis for the investment "Conducting works to enable water transport to the Outer Port in Świnoujście"

2) Report on the impact of the project on the environmentarea and NATURA 2000 areas

3) Report on the disposal of spoil into the sea

Supporting studies: including: application for a permit to discharge spoil into the sea, report on sample testing, variant concept of dredging spoil management, application for co-financing Project.

Detailed descriptions of the subject of the order was specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

2. The Ordering Party does not envisage the employment of persons referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law
