Preparation of a Feasibility Study (together with CBA) together with a Report on the environmental impact of the project, a Report on the disposal of spoil into the sea and auxiliary studies for the Investment entitled "Preparation of a feasibility study (together with CBA) together with a report on the impact of the project onenvironment, the Report on the disposal of excavated material into the sea and the supporting studies for the Investment entitled "Conducting works to enable water transport to the Outer Port in Świnoujście".

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of the following studies:

Main studies:

1) Studyonality along with the Cost and Benefit Analysis for the investment "Conducting works to enable water transport to the External Port in Świnoujście"

2) Report on the impact of the project on the environment and NATURA 2000 areas

3) Report on the disposal of spoil into the sea

Auxiliary studies: including among others.: application for a permit for the disposal of excavated material into the sea, report on the course of sample testing, variant concept of managing dredge spoil, application for project financing.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

2. The Ordering Party does not providein the proceedings in question, the employment of persons referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law

3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law
