1. The subject of the order is the provision of two expert opinions for the purposes of creating automatic water monitoring in Poland. The order was divided into two stages: Stage I - Expertise No. 1 - Development of assumptions for the methodology of automatic water quality monitoring surface water, stage II - Expert opinion No. 2 - Selecting the location of measurement points for automatic testing of the quality of surface water in rivers in Poland.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its implementation is included in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ Description subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. This description should be read together with changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. resulting from the responses to contractors' inquiries.
