Detailed scope and functional requirements, technical, qualitative and operational aspects relating to the subject of the order are specified in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.4.
