The subject of the order is the provision of expert services consisting in the preparation of appraisal reports regarding the determination of the market value of real estate ownership rights for the purposes of: settlement of claims (for 1 registration plot), purchase (for 2 registration plots), sale of ownership rights to land real estate to a perpetual usufructuary (for 2 registration plots), sale (for 8 registration plots), update of the annual fee for perpetual usufruct (for 39 registration plots), determination of the fee adiacencka (for 4 registration plots) and determining the planning fee (for 2 registration plots) and preparing estimates regarding determining the market value of the ownership right to the premises together with the share in the land in order to introduce it to the property register of the City of Rzeszów (for 1 residential premises).
