1 The subject of the order is the development of draft decisions on establishing development conditions (WZ) and decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment (UICP) for areas located in the Jedlicze Commune, or draft decisions on refusing to establish WZ or UICP, if there are no grounds to issue them. 2 The documents must be prepared in accordance with the regulations, in particular: 1) the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 572), 2) the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 26 August 2003 regarding the requirements for development and development in the absence of a local spatial development plan (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 164, item 1588), 3) regulation on signs and names (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 164, item 1589).3 The scope of work includes:1) Preparation: approx. draft decisions on WZ / approximately 20 draft decisions on UICP, 2) Analysis of conditions and principles of land development (legal and factual), 3) Indication of the consenting bodies (in accordance with Articles 53, 60, 64 of the Planning Act), 4) Introducing comments and arrangements to the designs decisions, 5) Amendments after a possible refusal to agree, 6) Preparation of draft refusal decisions (if it is impossible to establish the General Meeting or UICP), ...
