The subject of the order is a service consisting in the development of draft decisions on development conditions and decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment, as well as draft amendments to the above-mentioned decisions in the Konopnica Commune in areas not covered by local spatial development plan, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 583, as amended).2. Initially, it is estimated that 1, 000 pieces will be produced, the final quantity will be determined after conducting a public procurement procedure and selecting the most advantageous offer. 3. The Ordering Party reserves that the final scope of works under this order will vary by a maximum of +/- 20% depending on the funds available in budecie4. The detailed scope of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ model contract.
