Tender Details

Part 1: 300 pieces of draft decisions on development and land use conditions. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contractor will be obliged to cooperate with the Municipal Office in Sulejów during the proceedings. administrative in matters relating to the issuance of a decision for which a draft decision has been prepared, until this decision becomes final within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 14, 1960, Code of Administrative Procedure. The order also includes: each indication of the authorities referred to in Art. 53 section 4, 60 and 64 of the above-mentioned Act on Spatial Planning and Development, which must be requested to agree on the draft decision; introducing comments and findings into the drafts of the decisions in question resulting from the arrangements of the authorities referred to in the above-mentioned provisions in order to prepare the decision for issuance; correcting the prepared draft decision in the event of refusal to agree on the draft decision due to incorrect provisions contained therein.
