Preparation of documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of the eastern bypass of the city of Biała Podlaska - stage II". 1.The subject of the order is: Preparation of documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of the eastern bypass of the city of Biała Podlaska - stage II" hereinafter referred to as "Documentation". 2. Purpose and basis of the study. The purpose of the order is: a) Preparation of multi-discipline comprehensive design documentation at the stage of construction and executive designs, together with geodetic and legal documentation, decisions and all arrangements and opinions, for the project including the protection or reconstruction of external devices colliding with the expanded road and engineering structures, enabling obtaining a decision on permitting the implementation of a road investment (ZRID decision) in pursuant to the Act of April 10, 2003. on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads, including obtaining opinions required by law, preparing an application with all required annexes. ZRID decision obtained by the Ordering Party. b) Development of materials and attachments necessary to obtain a decision on environmental conditions for the project and its obtaining by the Contractor. c) Developing materials and obtaining attachments necessary for obtaining the appropriate water and legal consent and obtaining it by the Contractor. d) Preparation of materials necessary to announce and conduct a tender for the performance of construction works required by the Public Procurement Law...
