1. The subject of the order is: Development of documentation for the task titled: Construction of a bicycle road on the Babigoszcz - Kłodzino section (Berlin - Szczecin - Kołobrzeg route). 2. Content of the documentation covered by the order: 1) multi-discipline construction project with building permit decision; 2) detailed design; 3) investor's estimate, bill of quantities, SST; 4) geotechnical documentation of the conditions for the foundation of building structures; 5) permanent traffic organization design with approval; 6) on-time traffic organization project construction with approval. 7) preparation of the entire project in an electronic version (CD and USB memory stick). The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter C and E of the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage employing persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in Art. 305 point 1 in connection with joke. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law Act. 1.
