The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation (land development design, construction design and technical design), cost estimate documentation for hoses with a bill of quantities for works and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. consisting in the renovation of the sports hall building no. 139 on the premises of JW. in Biaymstok, at ul. Kawaleryjska 70.Note: The sports hall (building no. 139) is not protected by the Conservator of Monuments, however, it is located in the area protected by the Conservator of Monuments. The Ordering Party invites Contractors wishing to participate in this procedure to undergo a site visit in accordance with the principles described in Chapter XII of this ToR, i.e. INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOCAL VISITION.
