"Preparation of documentation regarding the security of the Sielec chamber on level I - eastern part" 3.1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the protection of chamber I/13 (Sielec) at level I - eastern part (behind the picture) in the underground part of the Wieliczka Salt Mine plant, hereinafter referred to as the "Design Documentation", and providing author's supervision during the implementation of the works provided for in the Design Documentation, in accordance with the Contractor's offer, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract. 3.2.W as part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) development of a technical design for the implementation of security works in chamber I/13, (Sielec), located on level I of the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine, hereinafter referred to as the "Project technical", agreeing the Technical Design with the Ordering Party's services and with the Conservator of Monuments of the Krakow Saltworks (hereinafter referred to as "KZKŻS"), and then obtaining approval of the agreed Technical Design by the Plant Operations Manager Mining Salt Mine "Wieliczka" (hereinafter referred to as "KRZG"), 2) obtaining permission from KZKŻS to perform the works covered by the Technical Design - KZKŻS operates in accordance with the agreement of June 21, 2017 on entrusting the management of certain matters to the scope of competences of the Małopolska Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Kraków (Journal of Laws of the Małopolska Province of June 26, 2017, item 4200), 3) preparing a bill of quantities, an investor's cost estimate and a schedule of works...
