1) The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the protective structure of facility 09120 located in Serock at ul. Wyzwolenia 57, in order to adapt it to achieve the resistance category of a shelter protective structure S-2.2) The contractor, based on the scope of the designed works and applicable regulations, will determine the appropriate procedure for preparing the investment and the scope of the required design documentation, in particular, it will determine whether the scope of construction works necessary to perform requires obtaining decision on a building permit, notification of the intention to perform construction works or obtaining another decision or consent, or does not require administrative proceedings before the competent architectural and construction administration body.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 8 to this ToR.
