The subject of the order includes: Preparation of documentation for the construction of an equipment warehouse in the Lubawka Commune (preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with author's supervision). The warehouse is intended to meet the needs of public protection and civil defense of the Lubawka Commune along with the development of the plot on which it is to be located. 1) Location of the facility: Dziaka No. 271/4, orb 0002 Lubawka.2) Basic parameters of the facility: Warehouse area in m2: 1250 m2 Storeys: 1 (ground floor) Construction: warehouse hall (technology selected by the designer). A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the order documents, in particular the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract template constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.
