1. The subject of the order covered by this procedure is the task entitled: Preparation of documentation for the construction of an access road to the sports and recreation center in Chodenice.2. The order referred to in section 1 includes the development of complete documentation design and cost estimate of the implemented ZRID procedure (Permit for the Implementation of a Road Investment), along with obtaining all necessary arrangements, consents, opinions and decisions, together with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, for the implementation of the task under name: Preparation of documentation for the construction of an access road to the sports and recreation center in Chodenice. The subject of the order includes the design of the expansion of municipal roads in the following sections: ul. Targowa, ul. Majora Baca, ul. Chodenicka with a total length of approximately 1.5 km including necessary technical infrastructure, in particular: a technological canal with a green area intended for technical infrastructure, a storm sewage system with new outlets to receivers (outlets in the Raba River catchment area, storm sewage inlets, storm sewage collectors, retention reservoirs, pumping stations, rolling pipelines), street lighting, pedestrian and bicycle paths...
