1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and author's supervision as part of the task entitled: Reconstruction of district road No. 4718 S in Preczów. As part of the road reconstruction project, a road system should be designed that includes: solutions for pedestrians within the existing road. The scope of the project is: Street Wiejska from the intersection with ul. Poln to the intersection with ul. School in Preczów (section approximately 300 m long). The contractor is obliged to obtain all necessary implementation of the investment, decisions, opinions, arrangements, etc., along with obtaining a building permit or reporting construction works that do not require a building permit. The road is drained on the surface, the water flows through transverse and longitudinal slopes into the adjacent area.
