The subject of the order is the development of design documentation together with author's supervision as part of the project entitled: "Construction of a slipway in Kostrzyn nad Odrą (between lines No. 203 and 273)". The entire subject of the order includes the following: elements: 1) Phase I - Development of design documentation and obtaining a complete set of administrative decisions, including: a) Program and Spatial Concept (KPP) in three variants indicated in the SWZ, b) construction designs along with geodetic documentation (map for design purposes), geotechnical and geological-engineering, c) preparation of materials necessary to obtain a decision on environmental conditions referred to in the Act of October 3, 2008 on the provision of environmental information and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1094, as amended) along with obtaining the final decision. d) executive designs, e)tender materials necessary for selection of contractors for construction works (i.e. bill of quantities based on KPR, Investor's cost estimate, STWiORB), PFU for the automation and telecommunications industry and participation in tender procedures for the selection of a works contractor by preparing and submitting The Ordering Party will be provided with answers to questions asked during tender procedures for the award of a public contract for the implementation of construction works, up to the conclusion of a contract with the Works Contractor, and the resulting...
