Zamwie Common Vocabulary (CPV): CPV codes: 71220000-6 Architectural design services71320000-7 Services engineering in the field of designSubject of the order: The scope of the subject of the order includes the preparation of a multi-discipline construction design for the entire investment, in accordance with the applicable construction law, fire protection regulations, sanitary and epidemiological requirements and other formal, legal and technical requirements, including: 1. Construction design. 2. Detailed design. 3. Bill of quantities. 4. Investor's cost estimate. 5. Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. and 6. Submitting an application for a building permit to the architectural and construction administration body and obtaining the final building permit decision. Moreover, the Contractor is obliged to prepare other necessary studies in accordance with applicable regulations. The detailed scope of the design study is included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Procurement (OPZ) - Annex No. 2 to this SWZ.
