Tender Details

1. PART I development of design documentation for the modernization of the customs clearance building at the Road Border Crossing in Bezledy.2. The subject of the order under PART I includes the development of design documentation for the modernization of the customs clearance (import) building. at the Road Border Crossing in Bezledy, 11-200 Bartoszyce.3. A detailed description of PART I of the order can be found in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.4. The contractor, when providing the ordering party with the completed design studies (works), will transfer the completed design work (works) to the ordering party at the same time, without any additional remuneration, proprietary copyrights to these works resulting from the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 24), and the remuneration for the transfer of copyrights will be included in the offer price.5. The contractor is obliged to execute the order in accordance with the principles of contemporary knowledge, applicable regulations, standards and norms, and with respect for the principles of occupational health and safety.
