1. The subject of the order is a service called Preparation of design documentation for the task titled Reconstruction of the bank fortifications of the Brda River in Bydgoszcz: 1.1 The subject of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: basic order or basic task) is the service consisting in preparing design documentation together with obtaining all necessary opinions/agreements/permits/decisions enabling investor supervision and ordering construction works related to the implemented task: Reconstruction of fortifications banks of the Brda River in Bydgoszcz. The technical solutions designed as part of the order are intended to improve the technical condition of coastal fortifications by rebuilding them, taking into account the data contained in the developed Concept. Order fulfillment basic stage is divided into the following stages: Stage I, Stage II, Stage III, described in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.1.2 The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using options in this order.
