The subject of the order is the comprehensive development of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the construction of a new service facility along with land development and the demolition of two non-residential buildings. The scope of documentation development includes: a) concept architectural; b) architectural and construction design together with obtaining a building permit; c) implementing technical designs, the scope of the project will include, among others: sectors: architectural and construction, electrical, water and sewage, gas, telecommunications, alarm, fire protection, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, including energy recovery and savings in operating costs (electricity and water consumption) and land development; d) investor's cost estimate and bill of quantities for all industries; e) Specification Technical Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works. The building of the Mental Health Center is to be constructed in a system of prefabricated spatial modules, taking into account accelerated assembly technology, after the demolition of two non-residential buildings.
