1. The subject of the order is the service titled: Preparation of design documentation for the task titled: Modernization of the Topolno pump station.1.1. The subject of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: basic order or basic task) is a service consisting in the development of comprehensive design documentation along with obtaining all necessary opinions, arrangements, permits and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the task titled: Modernization of the Topolno pump station. The technical solutions designed as part of the order are: aimed at improving the technical condition of the facility and its modernization by: replacing new pumping units, modernizing the automation and control system of the pumping station, rebuilding and increasing the capacity of the expansion tank and constructing a sand trap. Implementation the basic order is divided into the following stages: Stage I, Stage II, Stage III, described in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.1.2 The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using options in this order.
