1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for district roads for the expansion of the intersection of Kolejowa, 11 Listopada, Reja and Moniuszki streets, construction of a roundabout along with the reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure in the scope of: 1) Preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation (including construction designs, detailed designs, bills of quantities for all industries) along with obtaining appropriate decisions required by regulations that will allow the Ordering Party to start the implementation of the works construction based on the documentation constituting the subject of the order, including the decision to authorize the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws 2024, item 311), 2) Development of Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, 3) Carrying out author's supervision during the tender procedure conducted by the Ordering Party to select a contractor for construction works and during implementation of works covered by the prepared construction and executive design documentation and during the warranty and guarantee period. 2.
