1. The subject of the order is the development of complete design documentation for the task titled: Budowa chodnika na DP2189K od dziaki nr 124 w miejscowoci Baczyn do mostu na rzece Sance oraz od mostu na rzece Sance do dziaki 345/1 w miejscowoci Baczyn. 2. Scope material includes: 1) Preparation of design documentation for the sidewalk on DP2189K from plot no. 124 in the town of Baczyn to the bridge on the Sanka River and from the bridge on the Sanka river to plot no. 345/1 in Baczyn (in the range 10+500 to 11+500) Scope: approx. 910 m, in scope of construction of a sidewalk with necessary pedestrian crossings, construction of drainage infrastructure, and protection of technical infrastructure devices colliding with the investment. The scope of the task will be finally confirmed after selecting the Concept and a working field visit carried out.2) Project documentation, including the concept, should be prepared on a current map for design purposes (MDCP) at a scale of 1:500, which is to be provided with the authority clause specified in the provisions of geodetic and cartographic law constitute a confirmation of the acceptance of materials or data sets, on the basis of which these maps were prepared and adopted by the state...
