Tender Details

The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the task titled: Construction of a road viaduct along the district road No. 1936D Radwanice Zacharzyce, km 0+980 above the railway line. The scope of the study includes the preparation of design documentation regarding: demolition of the existing viaduct and construction of a new bridge structure in the existing land along with reconstruction of the road system on both sides of the structure, obtaining the required industry opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions necessary to implement the investment and exercising author's supervision. A detailed description of the subject of the order, together with all the requirements for the Contractor, are included in Annex 5 to the SWZ Description of the Subject Matter of the Order and Annex 4 of the Agreement (project) with annexes. The ordering party guarantees implementation of the subject of the contract at a level not lower than 70% of the gross contract value.
