The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task titled: Construction of a road with a hardened surface along with the necessary technical infrastructure in ul. Stalowa and part of ul. Automotive in Olenica along with obtaining the Implementation Permit Road Investment (in accordance with the Act on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads). The study area is located in the area covered by the local development plan for the area located in the area of Krzywoustego Street in Olenica, adopted by resolution of the Council City of Olenica No. X/63/2011. At the same time, work is being carried out on amending the local spatial development plan for the area in question. The contractor is obliged to develop design documentation taking into account the solutions adopted in the project new local development plan, constituting an annex to this description of the subject of the order.
