The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task titled: Construction of a road with a hardened surface along with the necessary technical infrastructure in ul. Strefowa in Olenica Stage 2 along with obtaining a building permit or permit implementation of a road investment (in accordance with the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads). The study area is located in the area covered by the local spatial development plan for the area located in the area of ​​Krzywoustego Street in Olenica, adopted by resolution of the Olenica City Council No. X/63/2011 of June 28, 2011. At the same time, work is being carried out on amending the local spatial development plan for the area in question. Performer is obliged to develop design documentation taking into account the solutions adopted in the draft of the new local development plan, which constitutes an attachment to this description of the subject of the order.
