Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to prepare a description of the subject matter of the contract for construction works in accordance with Art. 99 - 103 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended) in the form of full multi-industry documentation design and cost estimate, along with obtaining a building permit and providing author's supervision for the implementation of the task: Construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development in Brodnica Before commencing the design, the Contractor is obliged to develop a design concept within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The ordering party has the right to submit comments on the developed design concept. Only after making possible corrections and obtaining the Employer's approval, the Contractor may start designing. The implementation of the investment is planned using funds from, among others: the Government Program of Non-Refundable Financial Support for Construction from the Fund Subsidies from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), Social Support Program for Rented Construction (SBC).
