1. Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of this order is a service consisting in the development of design documentation for the task Reconstruction of ul. Dolnomyśla together with notification of the intention to perform construction works or obtaining a permit construction.b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using: draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the material scope with annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.c) The minimum warranty period is 24 months, the maximum the warranty period is 36 months.
