The subject of the order concerns the preparation of design documentation for the task: Expansion of ul. Konwaliowa in Czstochowa. Project documentation should be prepared in accordance with applicable law. The task in question includes the expansion of ul. Konwaliowa from ul. Kawodrzaska to ul. Busolowa. Design documentation should be prepared in such a way that it is possible to obtain a construction permit in accordance with the Act of April 10, 2003. on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of road investments public. The contractor of the design documentation should first develop a complete concept of the investment in question. The concept presented by the Documentation Contractor will be the basis for determining the final scope of the construction design and division its implementation in stages.
