Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled: Works on the left-side flood embankment at km 164+000 - 168+000 of the Odra River in the town of Otok, commune. Dobrzeń Wielki, Dąbrowa The subject of the basic order is the service consisting in the provision of: •Work preparatory work related to the task in question, i.e. updating the base map database and developing a map for design purposes, field inventory and geodetic measurements, preparation of geotechnical documentation to determine ground conditions - water, preparation of hydrological data, preparation of the concept of design solutions, preparation of a dendrological survey, obtaining extracts and drawings from the land register, obtaining extracts and drawings from the Local Spatial Development Plan, implementation of the real estate division project - Stage I, •Documentation including decisions, consents and other elements used to submit an application for a decision on the environmental conditions for the implementation of the project - Stage II. Under option law The Ordering Party provides: • Obtaining an environmental decision based on the submitted KIP or, if the authority imposes an obligation to prepare a report, on the basis of a report prepared in accordance with the requirements of the bodies giving opinions and determining the scope of the report - Stage III, •Preparation of documentation along with decisions used to submit an application for issuing a water law decision - Stage IV.
