1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting of: 1) preparation of design documentation for the expansion of municipal road No. 102355D ul. Polish Army - Construction of a Park & ​​Ride parking lot along with reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure, along with obtaining decisions required by regulations, including decisions based on the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311), hereinafter referred to as ZRID, which will allow the Ordering Party to start implementation of construction works based on the documentation constituting the subject of the order.
