1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the expansion of the Galicki roundabout intersection along with the reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure in the scope of the expansion of an additional right turn within the intersection of ul. 3-go Maja from ul. Mikoaj Rej in Olenica province Lower Silesia in the scope of: 1) Preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation (including construction designs, executive designs, bills of quantities for all industries) along with obtaining the appropriate decisions required provisions that will allow the Ordering Party to commence construction works on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order, including the decision to authorize the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws 2024, item 311), 2) Development of Technical Specifications for the Construction and Acceptance of Works, 3) Carrying out author's supervision during the tender procedure conducted by the Ordering Party in order to select a contractor for construction works and during the implementation of works covered by the prepared construction design documentation...
