Tender Details

1. The purpose of the order is to develop complete design documentation for the task entitled: Expansion of district road No. 1364N on the section from DW 507 to msc. Smolajny" 2. As part of the order, complete design documentation must be prepared and on behalf of The ordering party will prepare an application and obtain a decision on a construction permit or a permit for the implementation of a road investment on the basis of the Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311), hereinafter referred to as the ZRID decision, as well as providing author's supervision over the prepared documentation.3. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
