Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled: "Expansion of the A4 motorway on the section Brzęczkowice junction (without the junction) - Byczyna junction (with the junction)". The scope of the order includes two parts (PART I and PART IIB): a) development of design documentation and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions for the implementation of the task entitled: "Expansion of the A4 motorway on the section Brzęczkowice junction (without the junction) - Byczyna junction (with the junction)" in accordance with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order, the contract and the table settlement elements (TER) along with all necessary studies, materials, arrangements and activities necessary to complete this documentation and prepare the task (Stage I, II, III, IV) - for PART I and PART IIB; b) elaboration responses to Contractors' inquiries regarding design documentation during the public procurement procedure for works and/or preparation of changes to the design documentation (Stage V) - for PART I and PART IIB; c) carrying out supervision author's rights over the performance of the works during their implementation period and warranty/guarantee (Stage VI) - for PART I and PART IIB.
