The property is located in Gdańsk, marked in the land register as plot no. 310/6, rev. 0003 Klukowo with an area of total area of ​​86, 593 m, for which a land and mortgage register no. GD1G/00213668/9 is kept, in parts with an area of ​​12, 720.3102 m according to the above-mentioned designation. the red part on the attached overview map, constituting Annex No. 1 to the OPZ.
