Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the development of comprehensive design documentation in accordance with the Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended), along with obtaining a decision on a building permit/construction notification for the construction of Sosnowa Street in Szpgawa.1.1. Composition of the design documentation: 1) construction design for the road industry and other industries, if it results from a collision with technical infrastructure, including: - plot development design, - architectural and construction design, - design technical, - detailed design, - preparation of materials for the application along with the necessary decisions, opinions and arrangements, 2) investor's cost estimate prepared using a simplified method, 3) bill of quantities, 4) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 5) design of permanent and temporary traffic organization approved by the competent traffic management authority, 6) detailed inventory of trees and bushes intended for felling (if applicable), 7) current map for design purposes of the area covered by the task on a scale 1:1000 or 1:500 (if required), (paper version - tracing paper or electronic version with licenses, plus PDF format), 8)...
