Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction and reconstruction of an internal road (pedestrian route) in Miobdz, ul. Wiejska, Tczew Commune, within the boundaries of plot no. 142/5, with a paving stone surface. The project will require adapting the road parameters to the existing ones infrastructure. The planned investment will consist in the reconstruction of the constructed section (approx. 40 m from the entrance) and the construction of a pedestrian route along the further length of the plot in an area with dense residential development. The task also includes construction and adaptation existing exits. The designer must include in the valuation solutions regarding the management of water from the investment area. The designed road should be adapted to the width of the plots and the existing infrastructure. Additionally, if it is necessary to make an investment in stages, the designer should include in the price the need to divide the scope of the investment for the purposes of conducting public procurement proceedings for construction works.
