1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task titled: Construction of a multi-purpose sports field in Czarlin. The multi-purpose sports field is to be designed on the geodetic plot no. 166 in Czarlin, located in accordance with indicative development area (constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ). 1.1 Existing conditionThe plot covered by this investment is located in Czarlin. Its owner is the Tczew Commune, and the property was put under permanent management by the Education and Upbringing Complex in Swaroyn with headquarters in Swaroyn. The neighboring plots no. 158/2, 165/13, 167 and 176/2 are owned by the Tczew Commune. Dziki no. 165/10, 165/14, 165/3, 168/1 and 168/2 are owned by other entities. The area covered by the study is partially fenced. I occupy the property among others green areas, grass pitch, kindergarten building, hardening, playground, bushes and trees.
