The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task: "Construction of the Local Government and Social Center of the Tczew Commune", which includes design: a) the building of the Tczew Commune Office, the Commune Social Welfare Center in Tczew, the Economic and Administrative Complex of Schools, b) the building cultural institutions. The buildings, along with the necessary infrastructure and utilities, are to be designed on the plot surveying no. 433 in the town of Szpęgawa, Stanisławie district. The Ordering Party's intention is to design a facility with access from Łąkowa Street. 1.1. Existing status: Plot No. 433 is located in the town of Szpęgawa. The area covered by the study is land unfenced and undeveloped with a network route. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter IV of the Terms of Reference. 1.
