1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task "Construction of acoustic screens at DK No. 81 in the area of ​​Fiołkowa Street in Mikołów". The scope of the order includes: a) preparation of design documentation and obtaining the necessary decyzjiadministracyjnych, dlarealizacji ww. tasks in accordance with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order, the contract and the table of settlement elements (TER) along with all necessary studies, materials, arrangements and necessary activities preparing this documentation and preparing the task (Stage I, II, III, IV); b) developing answers to Contractors' inquiries regarding design documentation during the public procurement procedure for works and/or preparing changes in the tender documentation (Stage V); c) performing author's supervision over the execution of works during their implementation period and warranty/guarantee (Stage VI). 2.
