Tender Details

The subject of the order was divided into the following tasks: 1) development of design documentation for the task Construction of a sanitary sewage system in the Grodziec community (Goruszka area, castle, scope A), 2) development of design documentation for the task Construction sanitary sewage system in the Grodziec community (Goruska area, castle, scope B). The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order are included in the following annexes to the SWZ: draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 4 to SWZ, documentation - Annex No. 6 to SWZ. Required warranty period: The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the completed design documentation, covering the period of the contractor's liability under warranty for defects in the facility or works performed on the basis of this documentation, counting 3 years from the receipt of the design documentation that is the subject of the contract, or provides a warranty for the period from the date of commencement of the investment to the date one month after the end of the warranty period granted by the Contractor of construction works, in the case of the Ordering Party's commencement of the investment, depending on the duration of the period.
