The subject of the order is a service consisting in preparing design documentation for a task "Construction and reconstruction of acoustic screens on the S1 expressway on section II of the "Airport" junction - Podwarpie at km 2+158 to km 11+760 in the Silesian Voivodeship." The subject of the order includes: a) Preparation of design documentation and obtaining necessary administrative decisions for the implementation of the task entitled: "Extension and reconstruction of acoustic screens on the S1 expressway on section II "Airport" junction - Podwarpie at km 2+158 to km 11+760 in the Silesian Voivodeship" in accordance with the requirements specified in the subject of the order, the contract and the table of settlement elements (TER) along with all necessary studies, materials, arrangements and activities necessary to complete this documentation and prepare the task (Stage I, II, III, IV); b) developing answers to Contractors' inquiries regarding design documentation during the public procurement procedure and/or preparing changes to the tender documentation (Stage V) c) performing author's supervision over performance of works during their implementation period and warranty/guarantee (Stage VI). 2.
